How to Appear as a Delegation

Requests to Appear as a Delegation are to be submitted to the Executive Assistant (admin@greatervernon.ca), in writing, no later than noon 8 days prior to the meeting. All requests must be accompanied by background information on the issue you wish to address (detail your concerns or issues and what action, if any, you are asking the Commission to take).

Prior to being included as a delegation on the agenda, the applicant must have discussed his/her concern with appropriate staff.

Delegations are permitted a maximum of 10 minutes to speak to the Committee.
